UPDATE 24th March 2020 – from Jade
As of 24th March 2020, Meant to Bee is now closed for face-to-face treatments due to the COID-19 pandemic.
All upcoming appointments have been cancelled and clients notified.
I am still working, but in a different way, and any clients, new or existing, can contact me at any time for information and support.
Take care, and stay safe!
Jade xx
Clinic Update – March 2020
Currently Meant to Bee is still open as usual and treating clients and I would like to remain open until told otherwise by the UK Government, or until it is unsafe for me to continue to see clients. I am currently seeing a maximum of 2-3 clients per day during this time.
To ensure all clients and myself are kept safe during these confusing times, I am implementing the following measures –
-
If you feel unwell prior to your appointment please contact me to cancel or reschedule your appointment. There is no cancellation fee but I would appreciate as much notice as possible
-
If you have been in contact with anyone who is displaying symptoms of Coronavirus you must let me know and you will need to cancel your appointment
-
All clients will be required to wash their hands upon entering the premises
-
If you become unwell during your appointment the treatment will end
For your peace of mind I would like to reassure clients about the hygiene measures taken at Meant to Bee
-
As always, fresh towels, sheets, pillowcases are provided for each client
-
All surfaces are cleansed and sanitised between clients
-
A clean hand-towel is provided for each client in the bathroom
-
Soap, hand sanitiser and tissues are readily available
-
Clients will be contacted within 24 hours of their appointment to confirm they are aware of these new measures
GIFT VOUCHERS
-
Any gift vouchers will remain valid if the recipient cannot use the voucher due to being ill, self isolating due to being high risk, or the clinic being closed
-
Vouchers can be changed to another treatment type for the same value, for example anyone unable to attend during pregnancy can use their pregnancy voucher during their postnatal time instead, or swap a back massage for reflexology etc
-
Clients whose IVF or other ART cycle has been cancelled/postponed can still attend for preconception treatments and I am happy to support clients online/over the phone if needed
It is within everyone’s interest to do what they can right now and follow the NHS guidelines which can be found here
https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/
Thanks everyone, I truly appreciate your co-operation
